All available travel grants have already been assigned; therefore, no further applications can be accepted. Many thanks for your understanding.
Terms and Conditions
Please note that the registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form (mailed, faxed or filled in www.eurospine2010.com) and receipt of full payment.
As soon as the Organising Secretariat has received your payment, a letter of confirmation will be e-mailed or faxed.
Terms of Payment
The total amount outstanding should be made out in advance in EURO (payments in other currencies will not be accepted) in favour of EuroSpine 2010 and only by one of the following procedures:
By Credit Card
Only AMEX, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and Diners will be accepted.
The cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date and an original signature must be on the booking form.

Bank fees will be charged to the participant.
Mondial Congress & Events shall act as mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred or any damage inflicted on persons or objects irrespective of whatsoever cause. The liability for transport and other service companies shall not be affected by the above. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
Cancellations
Refunds – less EUR 40,00 administrative fee – will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by Mondial Congress & Events by Tuesday, June 1, 2010.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after this date.
Name changes are accepted until Friday, September 10, 2010 at an extra charge of EUR 20,00.
Amounts due will be reimbursed after the Congress.
